In 2003, the company developed the first automatic navigation system in the Greek market, and in 2005 released the MLS Destinator, its standard-setting automotive navigation system, which quickly attained a leading market position.

In 2006, the company marked another breakthrough with the release of the MLS Destinator Talk&Drive™, the first and, unique in international level, voice recognition-driven navigation system. Since 2011, the company has begun a new course of international market expansion, with the roll-out of the MLS Destinator Talk&Drive™ navigation system. Using the world innovation of Talk&Drive™, MLS is targeting on emerging and growing markets around the globe in order to establish a competitive position in these markets. In accordance to its strategy, MLS has welcomed the launch of its navigation products to the growing Turkish market. With an increase of 110% (vs LY) in the first quarter and with a penetration less than 5%, the Turkish market appears to be one of the fastest growing markets worldwide in the navigation industry. The next expansion step of MLS is the Chilean market. MLS has developed Talk&Drive™ for the growing market of Chile. Having a huge increase in passenger car sales and a very low rate of penetration, navigation industry is one of the most growing ones in the technology field, in Chile.

Following its continue innovations, and the shift of the company towards mobile phone industry, MLS has developed the MLS Destinator Talk&Drive™ for Android smart phones and Tablets. MLS has already established partnerships with worldwide leaders in mobile phone industry, offering unique innovations as value-adding applications.

Specialized in voice recognition technology, MLS has recently developed another world innovation. The unique application, Talk&Call for smart phones, permits users to ask their smart phone to call anyone from the phone book. In contrast with all other voice command calling systems, MLS Talk&Call is fully functional in many languages and recognizes linguistic combinations. This technology permits MLS to further expand in the mobile phone industry and establish its innovations worldwide.

Additionally, MLS holds a leading position in the development and support of applications in the fields of educational technology and linguistic technology. In 2010 MLS completed the development of its own innovative interactive touch board, the MLS IQBoard™, for use in all forms of classroom-based instructional technology. The company's dynamic product suite includes the MLS Talk&Write Greek Dictation Application, the Systran Automatic Translation System, the TOMI Electronic Encyclopaedia, as well as a large number of educational titles. These titles are all designed to work seamlessly with the groundbreaking MLSBoard interactive board, providing an integrated firmware solution to the educational technology market. Most recently, MLS' ready-to-use educational software products have been widely adopted for use in the Greek and Cypriot school systems.
